PrahiX

Terms of Use

Last updated 3 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of prahix.com. By using the site you accept them. They govern the website only — if you are a PrahiX customer, your use of the platform itself is governed by the agreement you signed with us, and that agreement prevails over anything here.

Who these terms are with

The site is operated by PrahiX, C-160, Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II, Mayapuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110064, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean PrahiX; "you" means the person using the site.

What you may do

You may browse the site, and read, download and print its pages, datasheets and other published material for your own internal evaluation and business purposes. You may quote from it with attribution to PrahiX and a link back to the page you took it from.

The free tools published here — such as the subnet calculator — are provided for you to use without charge, without registration, and without our claiming any right over what you enter into them. Nothing you type into a browser-based tool on this site is sent to us.

What you may not do

If you are a security researcher and you find something, we would rather hear from you than not: write to info@prahix.com with the detail and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.

  • Republish substantial parts of this site as your own material, or present our content as coming from someone else.
  • Use the site's content to train a model or build a derivative dataset offered as a commercial product, without our written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, its CMS, or any connected system; probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without our written authorisation; or interfere with its availability for others.
  • Send automated traffic that places an unreasonable load on the site, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other visitors.
  • Use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, chain messages, malware, or anything unlawful.
  • Use the site in any way that breaks Indian law, or the law that applies where you are.

Intellectual property

The PrahiX name and logo, the product names Ora, Sustain, Operate, RAYA and Vision, and the text, design, graphics and code of this site are owned by PrahiX or used under licence. Nothing on this site transfers any of that to you, and the permissions in "What you may do" above are the full extent of what is granted.

Third-party names, marks and products referred to on this site — including on our comparison pages — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and honest comparison only. Their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with those owners.

The information published here

We write the material on this site carefully and keep it current, but it is published for general information. It is not technical, security, regulatory or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a proper assessment of your own environment.

The compliance material in particular — our pages on the RBI cyber security framework and SEBI's CSCRF — describes how our platform can support an obligation. It does not tell you what your obligations are: those depend on your entity's category and licences, they change, and only your regulator, your auditor and your counsel can tell you what applies to you. PrahiX does not make you compliant and does not replace a CERT-In-empanelled auditor.

Product descriptions on this site are not a specification and not an offer. What a PrahiX deployment does for you is what is written into your agreement and statement of work.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any free tool, at any time and without notice. Nothing here creates an obligation on us to keep publishing any particular page.

Links out

Where we link to another organisation's site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This clause is about the website. It does not affect the liability provisions of any commercial agreement between you and PrahiX, which are negotiated separately and stand on their own.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, last revised on 3 August 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
